I think a little shame about things that we have done while we are in episode helps keep us out of episode, but like all shames, these should not paralyze us. The fact that we are mentally ill is not worthy of shame anymore than having an asthma should cause us to feel remorse.

From a amazing person who speaks truth no one should be ashamed of mental illness we did not ask to have a mental illness just like someone who has cancer did not ask for that or someone with lupus did not ask for it.

I will its a truethful message mental illness is not something to be ashamed of we did not ask for this but we shouldnt be ashamed x
