Finding normality within Bipolarity. The inner musings of a chemically challenged manic-depressive. Mildly* asocial and a purveyor of awesome.
Norway here, Im with the canadian. Cant imagine actually paying my psych. We have no set time schedule for therepy, it goes for however long the session goes, and it just depends on how much other stuff they have to do around the hospital that day. Can text him anytime, call whenever…free of charge, hell make a home visit if neccessary, cancel his vacation plans if Im bad off, or give me a ride home if Im too exhausted to walk after our session. Its just shit how american treats people with mental illness and I seriously feel for all of you dealing with outrageous medical bills. its not right.

I can relate. I’ll be going on Medicare soon and wonder what kind of coverage I will get.

Thank God I’m in Canada and my psychiatrist cost me nothing. Although being well means I don’t see him often.
